Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party indicated by you, received the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the shoes must meet the following conditions:

• they have not been worn outdoors — trying them on indoors on a clean surface is acceptable;
• they are in their original condition, without signs of use, damage or soiling;
• they are returned with the original box, labels and all included accessories;
• proof of purchase is provided (order number or sales document).

Goods whose value has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics may be refused, or the refund may be reduced accordingly.

How to Return a Product

Notify us of the withdrawal within the 14-day period through the contact channels published on https://machiavelli-shop.com/, stating your order number. You will receive return instructions and the return address.

Send the goods via courier no later than 14 days after your notification. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except where a wrong or defective product was delivered — in that case the cost is borne by us.

Refunds

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of shipment.

Refunds are made using the same payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, the amount is refunded to a bank account specified by you.

Exchanges

Size or model exchanges are possible subject to availability. Contact us and we will arrange the exchange; the fastest option is to return the product and place a new order.

Defective Products

All goods are covered by a statutory conformity guarantee for two years from delivery. If a defect is established, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract in accordance with applicable law. Return costs for defective goods are borne by us.
